Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

1. Notice of Infringement

RanCast Media respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide a written notification containing the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Description of the infringing material and its location on the Platform.
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district, or if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction where you reside.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, RanCast Media has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
