4. Prohibited Content and Behaviors

You agree not to upload, share, or promote content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
• Is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or hateful.
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

5. Payment Terms and Subscription Handling

RanCast Media enables creators to offer paid subscription tiers. Users agree to pay subscription fees as described on the platform.

All payments are processed securely, and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or atRanCast Media's discretion.

You are responsible for managing your subscriptions and payment methods.

6. Limitation of Liability

RanCast Media provides the platform “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RanCast Media is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, including content disputes or service interruptions.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Users acknowledge that they use RanCast Media at their own risk. RanCast Media operates primarily in the United States; users from the EU, UK, and other countries use the platform at their own risk and responsibility.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any disputes.
