1. Subscription Refunds
All subscription fees paid through RanCast Media are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Subscriptions will remain active until the end of the billing period.
2. Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge at support@rancast.com. Refunds are granted at RanCast Media's discretion based on the circumstances.
3. No Refunds for Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases of individual videos, downloads, or other digital goods are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us directly to resolve the issue.
